About the office
The legal firm of Ben Ari, Fish, Saban and Co. was established in 1997 as a merger between two old-established offices in Haifa. It comprises over 20 attorneys and offers legal services covering civil-commercial law, labor laws, administrative and criminal law, with unique expertise in the points of convergence between the fields.
Advocate Rachel Ben Ari, a third generation lawyer in Haifa, followed in the footsteps of her father and grandfather and continued the Haifa law office established in 1933 by her grandfather, Advocate David Bar Rav Hai. In 1936, Dr. David Ardstein joined the office and was followed by Rachel Ben Ari's father, Advocate Meir Bar Rav Hai, who attended the last class of the British Mandate law studies in Jerusalem.
The founders combined their professional work with a great deal of public activity, both in the national and local fields, and this activity continues today.

Advocate Rachel Ben Ari and the late Advocate Adam fish were among the founders of the Legal Aid for Human Right Protection named after the late Judge Haim Cohen. The office regularly provides pro bono services in claims of principle.
