We at Ben Ari Fish, Law Firm (hereinafter the “Firm”, “us” or “we”) attach great importance to the protection of the privacy of our website (hereinafter the “Website“) users and browsers. This privacy policy explains what we collect, and how we use and share the information about you, which you provided us or which we collected when you used the Website. Use of the Website constitutes express consent to this Policy.

During use of the Website we may collect information that enables personal identification as well as information that does not enable identification, as specified below (hereinafter the “Information“). The Information collected will be saved in the Firm’s databases, and will be used in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy or the provisions of any law. In this policy – the singular also refers to the plural and vice versa, and the masculine also refers to the feminine and vice versa.

Nonetheless, in order to operate the Website, we are assisted by the services and systems of other companies, for example the computing services supplier, which, as such, may have access to your Information. Therefore, we do not undertake that the services on the Website will be absolutely immune to unauthorized access to the Information stored on it.
